The service

Workshop Kit ("we", "us") generates complete facilitator kits — learning objectives, a timed agenda with a facilitator script, exercises, participant handouts, and a follow-up email — from the content of your own Ounie brains, at your direction, and maintains an Exercise Bank of your generated exercises for reuse. You ("you", "the customer") pay per generated kit at the rate published on our pricing page.

Acceptable use

You may only generate kits from brains your Ounie account can access. You will not attempt to discover endpoints we haven't documented or bypass rate limits. Generated kits inherit whatever rights you hold in the underlying brain content; the materials you run or hand to participants, and their accuracy, are your responsibility — review before you deliver.

Account & billing

There is no subscription for this product. Usage is billed in Ounie credits from your shared Ounie wallet — 1 credit per grounded answer and 1 credit per single-answer regeneration, reserved when the work starts and settled only on grounded answers actually produced. Answer-Bank reuses and "not in your brain" gaps are free. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your data and prior outputs remain accessible regardless of your credit balance.

No warranty of accuracy

Answers are generated from your material and cited to it, but they are drafts for your review, not certified statements. We do not warrant that any answer is complete, current, or fit for a particular submission. You are responsible for reviewing every answer — especially in compliance and security contexts — before sending it. The confidence flag is guidance, not a guarantee.

Refunds

Failed generations are refunded automatically (the credit reservation is reversed), and you are never charged for an answer that wasn't grounded and produced. For anything else, open a support ticket.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss arising from an answer you submitted.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to data you've already paid for. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms with notice.
